About our CEO

Tim started his commercial construction career in the spring of 2004 after moving back home to Palmer, AK. Growing up in Palmer, he always dreamed of making his way back “home.” In ’91, his family moved to Vancouver, Washington. Tim attended high school in Portland, Or., graduating from Jesuit High school. After high school, he studied and played Baseball at Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington. Returning to the Portland area in the summer of ’99, Tim took a job with Speer & sons Nursery. Farming for 4 years, he learned a strong work ethic.

Tim took a position with a local contractor in June of 2004, where he spent 11 years. Starting as a laborer, he learned all positions within the company. Eventually, he was given the opportunity to Superintend a project for GSA, a renovation of the Social Security Administration in the Anchorage Federal Building Annex. After 5 years and several projects completed as Superintendent, Tim moved into an office position as Project Manager. In 2015, Tim took a position as Project Manager at H. Watt & Scott, Inc.

After 2 years of employment, Tim was offered ownership. In May of 2023, he purchased the remaining company stock, becoming the sole owner.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, wife Meghan and 4 children , Keira, Nile, Birdie, and Wade. Tim also enjoys all Alaskan outdoor activities and giving back to the community that has given so much to him.
